You bring the leased or owned space; we bring the design studio, the project management, the contractor network, the furniture and IT supply chain, and the single accountable team that makes it all show up on time. You move in to an office that matches your brand, fits your team, and doesn’t carry the scars of a project run by six different vendors.

Design to handover — one contract, one team, one timeline.

01 Design Space planning, 3D walkthroughs, material boards, lighting plans, MEP layouts. We sign off drawings with you before a single wall comes up.
02 Civil & MEP Execution Partitions, ceilings, flooring, electricals, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety. Site managed by our team — not handed off to a sub-contractor and forgotten.
03 Furniture & Joinery Workstations, cabins, meeting tables, breakout seating, storage, custom millwork.
04 IT & AV Setup Structured cabling, Wi-Fi backbone, video-conferencing rooms, access control, CCTV, biometric — installed and tested before handover.

Why choose our office spaces?

How is this different from Private Offices?

Same fit-out capability, different starting point. Private Offices includes property scouting and lease support; Customised Offices assumes you already have the space and just want it built. If you have the property, this page is the right one.

How long does a fit-out take?

Typically takes 12–16 weeks from drawing sign-off to handover. Larger and more complex projects run 4–6 months. We commit to a timeline before we start, with weekly site reports through delivery.

What does it cost?

Fit-out cost varies widely with brief, finishes, and furniture choices — typically ₹1,500–₹3,500+ per sq. ft. on covered area, depending on specification. We quote per square foot after a brief is locked and a site visit is done.

Do we deal with one team or many vendors?

One team. We manage the design studio, contractor, MEP, furniture, and IT vendors under a single contract. Your point of contact is one project manager from day one through handover.

What about post-handover support?

Snag-list resolution is included for 90 days. Annual maintenance contracts for civil, MEP, and IT are available on request.

Do you take on smaller projects?

Our sweet spot is 2,000 sq. ft. and up. Below that, the project management overhead doesn’t justify the cost.
