A Managed Office is a private suite inside a centre we operate for multiple companies. A Private Office is your own standalone office in a property you lease — designed, built, and handed over by us, with no other tenants in the picture.
You take the lease. This keeps your tenancy rights, depreciation benefits, and exit terms clean.
Typically takes 8–12 weeks from drawing sign-off to handover, depending on property condition and approvals. We give a committed timeline before we start, with weekly progress reports. Few ready-to-move in options might also be available! Call us to find out more about it!
Yes. Most of our Private Office clients come to us with the requirement, not the property. We shortlist, run visits, and negotiate alongside you — when we’re also delivering the fit-out.
No. Most Private Office clients run their own facility management post-handover.
